Push Up Workout helps you to count the number of push ups and recommends a training plan based on your current fitness level. You can count the pushups by touching the screen with your chin or nose. If your device supports a proximity sensor (most phones do) then physically touching the screen is not necessary. There are three different training modes: Train, Free Practice and Test. Free Practice allows you to do as many pushups as you like to without any time limits. The Test mode gives a good overview of your fitness level - you have to do as many pushups as you can in 2 minutes. In Train mode you have to do a certain number of pushups. You will also have a choice between three different levels. The number of pushups you have to do depend on your level.Features of Push Ups Workout: Automatically counts your push ups.
