Cheerleading at a high level requires the athlete to be flexible, agile, athletic, strong, and have good footwork. This program gives you all of this, plus isolates the muscles utilized in cheerleading. Utilizing progression training, this program involves the following training methodologies:
- Plyometrics to improve fast twitch muscle fibers & jumps (x jumps, knee tucks, etc.)
- Upper body exercises
- Core and abdominal strength
- Legs and glute development
- Flexibility, mobility and balance
- Overall coordination
- Footwork and agility
Be able to perform advanced moves and routines at a higher level -- executing flawlessly, making moves like backflips and somersaults more crisp and precise!
