Easy to open an account and on the surface nice easy looks...

The entire service is a scam. They are in the business to hold your money. You'd never know what caused them to "Lock" your account and you violated the terms that were never given to you. The messages you receive (emails and on screen)are irresponsible and mostly inaccurate. The customer service stinks so bad that the service should be called Indian Express rather than American. I am surprised how are they surviving this service. Stay away from them they would eat your money and give you a run around that you'll never forget. This is the worst American Express has ever offered. There is no place to complain or protest but American Express and they would laugh at you.
